What data do we collect and process?
We collect the data when you place an order on our websites, when you register yourself on our websites, if you answer customer surveys, when you contact us via our contacting platform or if you contact us via email. We use all this information to process your orders from the beginning to an end. This involves arranging shipping, providing invoices and possible problem solving during these processes.

The above-mentioned service provider for the purposes mentioned above is currently Google. We use Google Analytics to generate usage reports for our online services, which we do by authorizing Google to track the behavior (visit duration, frequency of pages accessed, geographical origin of access, etc.) of visitors to the publicly accessible section of our website and platforms. To do this, Google utilizes cookies. Google Analytics is provided by Google LLC, and Google Ireland Ltd is responsible for compliance with data protection law. Furthermore, we do not send any information to Google that it can link to our customers. Google provides us with reports and evaluations based on the collected user data, and is our order processor in this sense. Google also processes this data to optimize its products and services. We will store client’s data to maintain easier your future orders and for our records unless and until the client asks us to delete this information.
